My Facebook account disabled yesterday. I mentioned the only way to open Disabled Facebook account again. It’s depend upon them, your account will be recovered or not. Just fill that Application Form with original ID proof and relax. If they found everything right, they will open your account back else not.

No, it’s not OK Shafeek. As I already told in the article that your ID should have same Name and DOB as in Facebook account. Else don’t think it will be accepted by them.

I think you are using any Fake name on your Facebook account. It YES, then you have violated Facebook Terms of Use. So forget this account and try to make new profile with your Real Name and make sure your are following Facebook Policies.
